The Alliance for Positive Change

Established

Alliance for Positive Change helps New Yorkers living with HIV and other chronic health conditions with health care, housing, overdose prevention, coaching, and economic mobility programs that equip people to navigate systemic inequities and achieve health and well-being.

Who We Are

In 1991, a group of three founded AIDS Service Center (ASC) in a small, donated workspace in Manhattan’s garment district.

Today, Alliance for Positive Change is a leading multiservice, multisite organization.
