Brothers Ascend Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the healing, growth, and leadership development of professional Black men in midlife. Our mission is to cultivate a safe, affirming, and intentional space that nurtures every dimension of Black male identity—mind, body, and soul. Through immersive retreat experiences, we create culturally grounded spaces that elevate mental wellness, executive leadership, generational legacy, and purpose-driven community impact.
