Cerebral Palsy Community Foundation is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation and IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 42-3197545). We support children, adults, and families affected by cerebral palsy and related severe disabilities through practical assistance, community connection, dignity, inclusion, advocacy, and access to supportive technologies. Our current early-stage work includes individualized resource navigation and referrals to relevant organizations and services. We are building capacity for future direct assistance; financial support is subject to available resources and is not guaranteed.
