FERTILITY FOUNDATION OF TEXAS
Our mission is to help individuals and couples overcome the financial barriers to infertility treatment.
We give one-time grants for qualifying Central Texas patients, we provide hope and access to care for those who are uninsured or have exhausted their infertility insurance benefits.
We also advocate for greater awareness that infertility is a treatable medical condition—one that impacts thousands of families who simply need access to the right medical care to build their families.
Heather and Jason met through a mutual friend while Jason was serving in the U.S. Navy. After spending seven years moving wherever the Navy took them, they eventually settled in Texas, excited to build the life they had always dreamed of together.
When they decided to start a family, their journey was anything but easy. Their hope but ended in the heartbreak of a miscarriage. Determined to become parents, they spent the next two years saving for IVF, only to experience more disappointment and additional miscarriages. Despite the grief, they never let go of their dream.
With the financial support they received from FFOTX, Heather and Jason were able to pursue IVF and welcomed their beautiful daughter, bringing unimaginable joy to their lives. Their family continued to grow after another successful embryo transfer, and they were blessed with a baby boy, making the family they had always dreamed of a reality.
"Without FFOTX, we couldn't have afforded IVF and wouldn't have our beautiful, growing family," Heather shares. "We are eternally grateful and always include FFOTX when sharing our story."

Infertility Grant Program
With 1 in 6 couples experiencing infertility and a single IVF cycle costing between $15,000 and $25,000, many families simply cannot afford the care they need.
We provide one-time fertility treatment grants twice each year to qualifying uninsured or underinsured infertility patients in Central Texas.
Grant funding helps offset the cost of fertility treatments, including IVF and other medically necessary reproductive care, for individuals and couples who have exhausted their infertility insurance benefits or have no infertility coverage.
Through community fundraising and donor support, FFOTX removes financial barriers to care and helps families pursue their dream of parenthood.
Infertility Education & Awareness
We are dedicated to increasing public awareness that infertility is a treatable medical condition.
Through educational resources, our nationwide online Infertility Awareness Summit, our podcast, our published fertility resource book "Fertility and Beyond: Join the Conversation" (available on Amazon), and community outreach, we provide accurate, evidence-based information about infertility, treatment options, family-building pathways, and available financial resources.
By reducing stigma and increasing understanding, we empower individuals and couples to seek medical care, make informed decisions, and advocate for greater access to fertility treatment.
