Make Santa Fe

MAKE Santa Fe is a 501(c)3 non-profit community workspace where people can access tools, resources, and workshops to make, repair, invent or create anything they can dream.

Julia is a luthier who volunteers at Make Santa Fe in her free time. After discovering Make Santa Fe, she fell in love with the community, which inspires her to create and craft. At Make Santa Fe, she's learned laser cutting, woodworking, welding, and CNC.

Programs

Student Mentorship Program

Our high-school student mentorship program is designed to introduce high-school students to the industrial arts, prototyping tools, and fabrication disciplines at Make Santa Fe.

Classes & Workshops

Make Santa Fe offers 20 monthly workshops in the industrial arts and fabrication disciplines. These include welding, woodworking, ceramics, CNC, laser cutting, 3d printing, and many others.

Volunteer Members

Community engagement is at the core of a successful makerspace. Volunteers help to build and promote a diverse, exciting and welcoming environment. In exchange for volunteering 12 hours each month, makers receive a membership!

Maker Resources

Make Santa Fe maintains a collection of knowledge on our website. Free for anyone, this collection includes how-to articles, crafting processes and a variety of local supplier lists to help any maker achieve their goals.
