LSG & Associates Inc's UNTAPPED Program is proud to be partnering with the City of Albuquerque's Pathways to Public Service program opening equitable opportunities for individuals with diversABILITIES to explore and learn from a multitude of municipal jobs that they otherwise would not know was possible or even existed.
Emilia approached LSG seeking assistance in securing a meaningful job. After enrolling in the program in early 2025 and receiving support from a job coach, she developed the confidence and skills necessary to obtain a full-time position with the City of Albuquerque in the Municipal Department.

UNTAPPED Program
Our overall mission is to facilitate the widespread adoption of an inclusive vocational based program that removes barriers and provides opportunities for individuals with diverseABILITIES.
UNTAPPED is a program that works to train and mentor potential employees and employers, by giving them the skills and experience needed to become successful within their respective communities. This plan aims to support LSG in its ambition to effect systemic change by spotlighting the ‘Untapped’ potential and opportunities related to the employment of those with diverseABILITIES.
Explora Sensory Friendly Camp
LSG Inc. collaborates with the Explora Museum every summer to host a sensory-friendly, STEM-focused camp for children with diverseABILITIES. The children thoroughly enjoy participating in hands-on experiments and activities while developing their social communication skills.
