The Farmlink Project

End hunger in America with the fresh food we already grow.

Farmlink is a nonprofit connecting farmers with surplus produce to communities facing food insecurity across the country. 500 million pounds delivered and counting.

We refused to accept hunger and waste as “just how it is.”

COVID lockdowns. Campuses closed. A group of 20-year-old college students saw farmers destroying crops while food banks ran empty.

One truckload of eggs delivered in a U-Haul from farm to food bank became 700 student volunteers and grew into a nationwide movement.
