THE COUNCIL IS ORGANIZED TO PROVIDE DEFENSIVE DRIVING COURSES FOR COURTS, AND PROVIDE COMMUNITY AND BUSINESS HEALTH AND SAFETY PROGRAMS, AS WELL AS TO MONITOR THE TRAFFIC SURVIVAL SCHOOL PROGRAM FOR THE STATE OF ARIZONA.
