TO APPROPRIATE COMMUNITY RESOURCES AND INTERVENING IN PROBLEMATIC SITUATIONS BEFORE THE CRISIS STAGE, A TRANSPORTATION ACCESS PROGRAM (TAP), DISTRIBUTING BUS TICKETS THROUGH OTHER AGENCIES FOR THE TRULYNEEDY, DISABLED AND SENIORS, DETERRING ELDER ABUSE THROUGH COMMUNITY EDUCATION AND THE INVESTIGATION OF SENIOR'S PROBLEMS IN LONG-TERM CARE FACILITIES AND AN ALTERNATIVE SENTENCING PROGRAM (ASP) ONE-STOP PROGRAM PROVIDING COURT ORDERED RESTITUTION AND DIVERSION SERVICES FOR CLIENTS.
