THE CFWL FOUNDATION RAISES FUNDS THROUGH A VARIETY OF EVENTS DURING THE YEAR TO PROVIDE CHARITABLE DONATIONS TO LOCAL NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS BASED ON ACADEMICS, COMMUNITY SERVICE AND FINANCIAL NEED.

WINGS provides scholarship and mentoring support for those who identify as female or have demonstrated support for females in the pursuit of a higher education degree as a way to improve their lives

THE FWSF SCHOLARSHIP FUND PROVIDES SCHOLARSHIPS FOR SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA WOMEN STUDYING IN THE AREAS OF FINANCE OR FINANCIAL SERVICES. THE FWSF PROVIDES SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS MENTORSHIP AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES.

THE ORGANIZATION SPONSORS RELEVANT, INSIGHTFUL PROGRAMS FOR CURRENT AND FUTURE MEMBERS, PROVIDES INTIMATE FORUMS THAT CREATE NEW CONNECTIONS AND EXPAND MEMBERS PERSONAL NETWORKS, EDUCATE MEMBERS ABOUT THE PROCESS OF OBTAINING POSITIONS ON CORPORATE BOARDS AND THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF BOARD MEMBERSHIP. THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUES TO CULTIVATE THE NEXT GENERATION OF NEW JERSEYS EXECUTIVE WOMEN THROUGH POST-GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIPS AS ITS PHILANTHROPIC FOCUS.

PROMOTE EDUCATION BY CONTRIBUTING TO SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE OF SCHOOLS, COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES BY CONTRIBUTING TO THE SUPPORT AND EDUCATION OF WOMEN STUDENTS AND THE ESTABLISHING OF FINANCIAL ENDOWMENTS, FELLOWSHIPS, SCHOLARSHIPS, ETC TO FINANCIALLY ASSIST SUCH STUDENTS IN ATTENDANCE AT OR OTHER-WISE PARTICIPATING IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM OF SUCH SCHOOLS, COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES AS MAY BE SELECTED FROM TIME TO TIME BY THE TRUSTEES.

THE ORGANIZATION ASSISTS GIRLS AND WOMEN ACHIEVE ECONOMIC SELF-SUFFICIENCY AND REALIZE LIFE GOALS THROUGH GRANTS IN THE AREAS OF EDUCATION, HEALTH, WELLNESS, CAREER, AND LIFE SKILLS.

WIT GIRLS and WIT CAMPUS provides middle school, high school, and college women opportunities to explore and experience careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEAM) fields. We do this by building strong partnerships among students, colleges, and companies which allow us to provide relevant educational programs, internships, and scholarships possibilities for these young women. WIT Connect supports our educational and philanthropic programs. Executives are recruited to donate time for a meeting with one or more people from an organization that is seeking to initiate or enhance the relationship with the executive. The lunches are auctioned to the highest bidder through live and silent auctions during the year. The Women of the Year in Technology Awards celebrates the success of female leaders in the technology industry who have reached the pinnacle in their careers and are an inspiration within their communities.
