THE MISSION OF ROCKY MOUNTAIN DOWN SYNDROME ASSOCIATION IS TO ASSURE INCLUSION AND ENHANCE INDEPENDENCE OF PEOPLE WITH DOWN SYNDROME. WE ACHIEVE THIS BY PROVIDING EDUCATION, RESOURCES AND SUPPORT IN PARTNERSHIP WITH INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES, PROFESSIONALS, AND THE COMMUNITY.

TO ACCELERATE THE RESEARCH THAT WILL INCREASE THE AVAILABILITY OF THERAPEUTIC, DIAGNOSTIC AND MEDICAL CARE OPTIONS TO IMPROVE HEALTH AND INDEPENDENCE FOR PEOPLE WITH DOWN SYNDROME AND TO EMPOWER FAMILIES THROUGH EDUCATION, CONNECTIONS AND SUPPORT.

THE MISSION OF THE NATIONAL DOWN SYNDROME CONGRESS IS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION, ADVOCACY, AND SUPPORT CONCERNING ALL ASPECTS OF LIFE FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DOWN SYNDROME.NDSC EXISTS WITH THE PURPOSE TO PROMOTE THE INTERESTS OF PEOPLE WITH DOWN SYNDROME, TO EDUCATE THROUGH AWARENESS, TO ADVOCATE AND ENSURE THEIR RIGHTS ARE RECOGNIZED AND PROTECTED, TO EMPOWER, AND TO INSPIRE AND RESHAPE THE WAY PEOPLE UNDERSTAND AND EXPERIENCE DOWN SYNDROME.

At Space Coast Discovery, we believe that every child, of every ability deserves individualized instruction and benefits from inclusive classroom environments. (continued on Sched O)Our unique inclusion program provides equal learning opportunities for all children, regardless of ability, to ensure they receive the academic and social skills needed to succeed in life. That moment when a child with Down Syndrome first begins to walk as a priceless time. The joy experienced by our staff and the child's family on that day brightens our lives. A non-verbal elementary student with autism begins to engage in conversation, and our hearts overflow. Since 1987, Space Coast Discovery, formerly Space Coast Early Intervention Center's purpose has been and continues to be the education of children with or without disabilities in an inclusion environment.

IT IS THE MISSION OF DOWN SYNDROME ASSOCIATION OF MINNESOTA TO EMPOWER INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES, TO CREATE COMMUNITY AND CELEBRATE THE ABILITIES OF PEOPLE WITH DOWN SYNDROME OUR V ISION IS FOR ALL PEOPLE WITH DOWN SYNDROME TO ACHIEVE THEIR FULLEST POTENTIAL IN AN ACCEPTING AND INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY.

FACILITATING THE EDUCATION/SPECIALIZES TRAINING OF TEACHERS, THERAPISTS, ADMINISTRATORS,DOCTORS,NURSES,SUPPORT STAFF,AND RURAL COMMUNITIES ON DOWN SYNDROME AND OTHER ABILITIES/DISABILITIES PROMOTE THE BENEFITS A FOCUS ON DOWN SYNDROME CAN BRING TO RURAL COMMUNITIES AND INDIVIDUALS OF ALL ABILITIES AND DISABILITIES

JACK'S BASKET IS A 501(C)3 NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION WITH A MISSION TO CELEBRATE BABIES WITH DOWN SYNDROME. WE SERVE EVERY BABY POSSIBLE WITH A PRIMARY FOCUS ON THOSE IN THE U.S. WE SUPPORT FAMILIES FROM TIME OF DIAGNOSIS TO BABY 1ST BIRTHDAY. WE DO THIS BETTER THAN ANY ORGANIZATION BY FOCUSING ON THREE PRIMARY ACTIVITIES: 1. ENGAGING, EDUCATING, AND EMPOWERING HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS TO COMMINICATE AND DISCUSS DOWN SYNDROME ACCURATELY WITHOUT BIAS, 2. INSPIRING AND CONNECTING NEW PARENTS WITH OTHER FAMILIES AND RECOURCES AND 3. BUILDING AWARENESS AND CHANGING THE NARRATIVE OF DOWN SYNDROME IN SOCIETY.

TO PROVIDE SUPPORT, EDUCATION, ADVOCACY AND RESOURCES TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WITH DISABILITIES.

THE ORGANIZATION'S PURPOSE IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, AND SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITIES, ALONG WITH THE PROVIDING CARETAKING AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES TO THE DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED.

PROVIDE EDUCATION MATERIALS FOR PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION, SCHOLARSHIPS FOR NATIONAL CONFERENCES, CONTRIBUTIONS TO NATIONAL PROGRAMS THAT PROMOTE AWARENESS TO FAMILIES OF CHILDREN WITH DOWN SYNDROME.

THE MISSION OF THE DOWN SYNDROME DIAGNOSIS NETWORK IS TO CONNECT, SUPPORT, AND PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION TO PARENTS - AND THE MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS WHO SERVE THEM - FROM THE TIME OF DIAGNOSIS THROUGH AGE 3 WHILE FOSTERING THE OPPORTUNITY FOR LIFELONG CONNECTIONS.

Our mission at DSNetwork is to educate, support, and advocate for those in our community touched by Down syndrome. DSNetwork achieves this goal through an open, supportive and collaborative network that connects individuals and families with needed resources and information.

DSANV'S MISSION IS TO ENSURE THAT ALL INDIVIDUALS WITH DOWN SYNDROME AND THEIR FAMILIES RECEIVE THE SUPPORT NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN, CONTRIBUTE TO AND ACHIEVE FULFILLMENT OF LIFE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES.

NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR DOWN SYNDROMES MISSION IS TO ENSURE THAT ALL PERSONS WITH DOWN SYNDROME HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO ACHIEVE THEIR POTENTIAL IN ALL ASPECTS OF COMMUNITY LIFE. THE ORGNIZATION OFFERS INFORMATION, SUPPORT, AND ADVOCACY.
