The mission of the Alzheimer's Association is to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health. Our vision is a world without Alzheimer's disease.

THE MISSION OF ALZHEIMER'S ORANGE COUNTY (ALZOC) IS TO ELIMINATE ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE THROUGH THE ADVANCEMENT OF RESEARCH, TO PROVIDE AND ENHANCE CARE AND SUPPORT FOR ALL AFFECTED, TO PROVIDE DIRECT SERVICE FOR PERSONS WITH DEMENTIA INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ADULT

ACQUIRING, REHABILITATING AND OPERATING AN ASSISTED LIVING RESIDENCE FOR PERSONS WITH ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE AND/OR RELATED MEMORY DISORDERS.

RAISING OF FUNDS, ADVOCATING AND EDUCATING THE COMMUNITY ON BEHALF OF ALL PROGRAMS AND SERVICES AT N.E. FOCAL POINT, WHICH IS THE DEPARTMENT OF SENIOR SERVICES AT THE CITY OF DEERFIELD BEACH.

Alzheimer's Greater Los Angeles' mission is to improve the lives of local families affected by Alzheimer's & dementia by increasing awareness, delivering effective programs & services, providing compassionate support, advocating for quality care and a cure, and supporting local research. 100% of all money raised stays local, allowing us to provide free care and support to the community we serve in Greater Los Angeles and the Inland Empire.

TO CREATE, DELIVER, AND PROMOTE COMPREHENSIVE AND COMPASSIONATE CARE AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES AFFECTED BY ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE AND RELATED DEMENTIAS, AND TO ELIMINATE ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE THROUGH THE ADVANCEMENT OF RESEARCH.

Insight Memory Care Center (IMCC) is a nonprofit adult day health and resource center providing specialized care, support, and education for individuals with Alzheimers.

ALPS ADULT DAY SERVICES IS A COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH PROGRAM FOR ADULTS WHO SHOULD NOT BE LEFT ALONE DURING THE DAY. THE PROGRAM OFFERS THERAPEUTIC ACTIVITIES AND PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT IN A HOMELIKE ENVIRONMENT.

The mission of Alzheimer's Services of the East Bay is to provide services to individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other related dementia; provide support for their caregivers; and educate and inform the general community about issues related to dementia care.

DEMENTIA ALLIANCE OF NORTH CAROLINA IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING EDUCATION, SUPPORT AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE AND RELATED DEMENTIAS, THEIR FAMILIES, PROFESSIONAL CAREGIVERS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC WHILE RAISING AWARENESS AND FUNDING RESEARCH FOR A CAUSE AND CURE

TO PROVIDE CARE, SUPPORT AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR FAMILIES IN NEED, AND TO BE ADVOCATES FOR LOCAL FAMILIES WHO ARE COPING WITH ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE AND OTHER DEMENTIAS.
