TO PROMOTE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT IN WILKINSON COUNTY, MS.

PROVIDES EX-OFFENDERS WITH LIVING ACCOMMODATIONS IN A HIGHLY SUPERVISED FACILITY AND COUNSELING SERVICES PRIOR TO PAROLE OR DISCHARGE.

PROVIDES HOMES FOR JUVENILE OFFENDERS UNTIL THEY ARE PAROLED TO THEIR HOMES OR TRANSFERRED TO A STATE SCHOOL; PLACE FOSTER CHILDREN IN HOMES.

ROCK VALLEY COMMUNITY PROGRAMS, INC.'S (RVCP) MISSION IS TO PROVIDE TRANSITIONAL AND SUPPORTIVE HOUSING, ADDICTIONS AND MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT SERVICES TO ADULTS IN THE ROCK COUNTY AREA, THROUGH EVIDENCE BASED MODELS FOR THE FUTURE AND CONTINUED SUCCESS OF OUR CLIENTS, TRANSFORMING THEIR LIVES IN POSITIVE DIRECTIONS.

TO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR OFFENDERS AND YOUTH AT RISK TO FULLY APPRECIATE THE IMPACT THAT THEIR OFFENSES AND INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIORS HAVE ON THE VICTIMS AND THE COMMUNITY AND TO DEVELOP EMPATHY FOR THE VICTIM AND THE COMMUNITY.

The National Conference of Bar Presidents (NCBP) was formed for the purpose of providing discussion forums for incumbent presidents, presidents-elect, and former presidents of bar associations throughout the United States and Canada. At the forums there are presentations and discussions of current issues affecting legal organizations, the legal profession, and the delivery of professional legal services. There are two meetings each year, immediately preceding, and in the same location as the annual meeting and the mid-year meeting of the American Bar Association (ABA). Each meeting lasts for approximately one and one-half days and consists of speakers, panel discussions, and small group discussion, directed toward an appropriate and relevant learning experience for all attendees.

WE ARE A NONPROFIT AGENCY THAT EMBODIES THE ORIGINAL IDEA OF THE HALFWAY HOUSE WITH MANY ADDITIONS: COMMUNITY PROTECTION, CLIENT ACCOUNTABILITY, AND THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK AND CONTRIBUTE TO SOCIETY WHILE MEETING A SENTENCE IN THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM. WE BELIEVE PEOPLE CAN CHANGE. COMCOR, INC. PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR CLIENT SUCCESS IN OUR COMMUNITY.

THE COMMISSION WAS FORMED TO PROMOTE EDUCATIONAL AND RESEARCH ACTIVITY IN CORRECTIONAL HEALTH CARE; AND TO DEVISE, DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT PROGRAMS THAT WILL IMPROVE THE HEALTH CARE PROVIDED FOR INMATES OF PRISONS, JAILS, DETENTION AND JUVENILE CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES THROUGH ACCREDITATION AND SUCH OTHER ACTIVITIES AS REVISION OF STANDARDS, SURVEY AND DATA COLLECTION, ANALYSIS OF HEALTH CARE NEEDS OF INMATES AND COST EFFECTIVENESS OF UPGRADING MENTAL AND HEALTH SERVICES, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, CONSULTING SERVICES, EDUCATION AND TRAINING, CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIONAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS, AND THE PUBLICATION OF USEFUL MONOGRAPHS, MANUALS AND OTHER LITERATURE.

Progress House Association provides housing, counseling, bible studies, and assists with employment opportunities to men and women recently released from correctional facilities.

MARSHALL COUNTY COMMUNITY PUNISHMENT AND CORRECTIONS WAS DEVELOPED TO HOUSE NON-VIOLENT OFFENDERS. THE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO OFFER THE COURTS AN ALTERNATIVE SENTENCE FOR DEFENDANTS IN PLACE OF COUNTY JAILS AND PRISON. THE FACILITY ALSO MAINTAINS AN ELECTRONIC MONITORING PROGRAM, WHICH CLOSELY OVERSEES THE MONITORING OF HIGH RISK DEFENDANTS OUT ON BOND.

BANDING TOGETHER ALL THOSE CONCERNED WITH OR INTERESTED IN THE CUSTODY AND CARE OF PERSONS AWAITING TRIAL, SERVING SENTENCES, OR OTHERWISE LOCALLY CONFINED; TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS AND SYSTEMS UNDER WHICH SUCH PERSONS ARE DETAINED. ADVANCING PROFESSIONALISM IN CORRECTIONS THROUGH TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION, INFORMATION EXCHANGE, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, PUBLICATIONS, AND CONFERENCES. PROVIDING LEADERSHIP IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS, PERTINENT LEGISLATION, MANAGEMENT PRACTICES, PROGRAMS, AND SERVICES. PRESENTING AND ADVANCING THE INTERESTS, NEEDS, CONCERNS, AND PROFICIENCY OF THE PROFESSION AS DEEMED APPROPRIATE BY THE MEMBERSHIP AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES.

TO PROVIDE THE COURTS WITH EFFECTIVE ALTERNATIVES TO INCARCERATION DESIGNED TO REDUCE THE COST OF PUNISHMENT WHILE MAINTAINING THE INTEGRITY OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM.

TO PROVIDE ACCESSIBLE HOMEBUYER RESOURCES,AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO LOW-INCOME, POOR, DISTRESSED FAMILIES AND SENIORS,AND INFORMATION FOR FIRST TIME HOMEOWNERS,AND OTHERS TO ENABLE THEM HAVE A BETTER OPPORTUNITY TO LIVE IN A DECENT AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
