ORGANIZED FOR CHARITABLE,SCIENTIFIC, AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES TO ADVANCE THE EQUITABLE INCLUSION OF LATINO COMMUNITY IN ALL FACETS OF AMERICAN SOCIETY. LANF DIRECTLY OR THROUGH SUB CONTRACT WILL UTILIZE THE CONTRACT FUND IN SUPPORT OF HISPANIC WOMENS DEMONSTRATION RESOURCE CENTERS.THESE CENTERS WILL ENHANCE THE EMPLOYABILITY OF HISPANIC WOMEN. THE CENTERS WILL SUPPLY TRAINING AND OTHER EMPLOYMENT RELATED SERVICES DESIGNED TO ENHANCE THE EMPOYABILITY AND EARNINGS OF HISPANIC WOMEN AND IMPACT THE QUALITY OF OF THEIR LIVES AND THOSE OF THEIR FAMILIES.

THE MISSION OF CARE COORDINATION SERVICES, INC. IS TO ASSIST VULNERABLE WOMEN AND MEN TO CREATE A BETTER AND MORE STABLE LIFE FOR THEMSELVES AND IMPROVE HEALTH OUTCOMES THROUGH ECONOMIC AND HOUSING STABILITY, HEALTH INSURANCE AND FOOD SECURITY.
