THE YWSA OF SEATTLE-KING COUNTY WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1986 TO FURTHER THE GOALS OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR WOMEN AND THEIR FAMILIES IN THE COMMUNITY. IN SUPPORT OF THIS MISSION, YWSA COORDINATES SERVICES TO MEET BASIC NEEDS, OFFERS OPPORTUNITIES FOR ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, AND PROMOTES EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL PEOPLE. THE MISSION IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH THE OPERATION OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING.

TO PROVIDE SAFETY, ADVOCACY AND ASSISTANCE FOR THOSE VICTIMIZED BY DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, SEX TRAFFICKING, AND/OR EXPLOITATION.

HOPE RANCH IS DEDICATED TO EMPOWERING WOMEN WHO HAVE BEEN EXPLOITED AND ABUSED TO RISE ABOVE THEIR CIRCUMSTANCES.

HEART promotes sexual health and sexual violence awareness in Muslim communities through health education, advocacy, research and training. Our work is culturally-sensitive and developmentally appropriate for the audiences that we serve.

OUR PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO ERASE THE NEED FOR ABORTION THROUGH EFFECTIVELY SERVING PREGNANT AT RISK WOMEN BY TRANSFORMING THEIR FEAR INTO CONFIDENCE. OUR GOAL IS TO HELP WOMEN WHO ARE CONSIDERING ABORTION TO MAKE A DECISION TO CARRY THEIR BABY AFTER MEETING WITH US. OUR SERVICES INCLUDE: PREGNANCY TESTING, ULTRASOUND EXAMS, SELECTED STD ASSESSMENTS PROVIDING A ROADWAY OF COMMUNITY REFERRALS AND HELPFUL INFORMATION, AND FOLLOW-UP THROUGHOUT HER DECISION MAKING PROCESS.

Our mission is to provide a variety of spiritual and social services for families in need or crisis. The center works with churches, schools, and other agencies in the community to ensure that the clients needs are served in the best possible way.
