THE NATIONAL CENTER FOR ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES (NCAT) WAS FOUNDED AS A NON-PROFIT RESEARCH AND EDUCATION FOUNDATION TO PROVIDE A BRIDGE BETWEEN GOVERNMENT, INDUSTRY, AND ACADEMIA, AND TO ENCOURAGE COOPERATIVE EFFORTS ON TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT. NCAT'S INITIAL YEARS WERE DEDICATED TO THE DEVELOPMENT AND PUBLICATION OF EIGHT NATIONAL STRATEGIC PLANS FOR TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE UMBRELLA PROGRAM KEY TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE YEAR 2000. ON COMPLETION OF THAT PROGRAM IN 1992, NCAT TURNED ITS EFFORTS TOWARD AFFORDABILITY INITIATIVES. MOST OF THESE INITIATIVES CROSS THE CONVENTIONAL BOUNDARIES BETWEEN GOVERNMENT, INDUSTRY, AND ACADEMIA.

AIR UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION SEEKS TO RAISE FUNDS TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO AIR UNIVERSITY SCHOOLS AND AGENCIES FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE STUDY OF AIR AND SPACE POWER.

Girl Security's mission centers the experiences of underrepresented communities and populations targeted by violence at the core of its model: through trauma-informed training, mentoring, and professional advancement, participants can fulfill their economic potential in this consequential sector and lead solutions to the world's most pressing security challenges.

ASIA AMERICA INITIATIVE BELIEVES THAT PEACE, SECURITY AND RESPECT FOR HUMAN DIGNITY ARE INSEPARABLE.
