AUSTIN TECH ALLIANCE (THE ORGANIZATION") IS ORGANIZED AND SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY OPERATED TO RECEIVE, ADMINISTER, AND EXPEND FUNDS TO PROMOTE AND REPRESENT THE COMMON BUSINESS INTERESTS OF AND IMPROVE BUSINESS CONDITIONS AMONG MEMBERS OF THE AUSTIN, TEXAS TECHNOLOGY AND ENTRPRENEURSHIP INDUSTRY.

AT THE UIDP, WE HAVE DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVES AND ONE FOCUS: IMPROVING UNIVERSITY-INDUSTRY (U-I) PARTNERSHIPS. THE UIDP IS A UNIQUE PROJECT- ORIENTED FORUM WHERE REPRESENTATIVES FROM ACADEMIA AND INDUSTRY SEEK OPPORTUNITIES TO DEVELOP NEW APPROACHES TO WORKING TOGETHER.
