WCPI's mission is to bring together a community of bipartisan women policymakers and trusted partners to advance issues of importance to women, develop the next generation of women leaders, and foster a more effective and representative democracy.

CALIFORNIA WOMEN LEAD IS A NONPARTISAN, NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO PROVIDING LEADERSHIP AND CAMPAIGN TRAININGS, NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES, AND POLICY DISCUSSION FORUMS FOR WOMEN INTERESTED IN OR WHO HOLD ELECTED AND APPOINTED OFFICES.
