THE MISSION OF THE SAN LEANDRO IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION IS TO ENHANCE AND IMPROVE THE CULTURAL, EDUCATIONAL, ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL VALUES OF THE SAN LEANDRO COMMUNITY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC THEREBY REDUCING THE BURDEN OF GOVERNMENT.

TO PROVIDE NON-CLINICAL COMMUNITY AND FAMILY RECOVERY CENTER FOR PERSONS ADDICTIVE TO OPIOIDS AND MEDICALLY ADDICTIVE PAIN RELATED DRUGS.

R2ISE IS A NATIONALLY CERTIFIED RECOVERY COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION. WE PROVIDE A SAFE PLACE FOR PEOPLE IN RECOVERY FROM SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND/OR MENTAL HEALTH CHALLENGES TO SUPPORT THEIR WELLNESS THROUGH THE ARTS.
