TO PROVIDE HEALTH AND LIFE INSURANCE BENEFITS TO COVERED ELIGIBLE RETIREES OF MASSACHUSETTS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND THEIR DEPENDENTS, AS WELL AS INDIVIDUALS RECEIVING LONG-TERM DISABILITY BENEFITS FOR AT LEAST THREE YEARS.

SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT ON SCHEDULE O.AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR A PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHERS RETIREMENT FUND IN THE CITY OF BOSTON. THE FUND SHALL CONSIST OF INVESTED PERMANENT AND GENERAL FUNDS. THE GENERAL FUND WILL BE DRAWN UPON FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS ACT: TO PAY OUT DISTRIBUTIONS TO ANY QUALIFYING RETIRED BOSTON SCHOOL TEACHERS.

TO SERVE AS THE PRIMARY ADVOCATE FOR RETIRED CHICAGO PUBLIC SCHOOL EDUCATORS AND TO EMPOWER THEM BY ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES AND SERVICES THAT WILL PROMOTE THEIR WELL-BEING WITH PARTICULAR EMPHASIS ON THE MAINTENANCE OF THEIR PENSIONS AND ANCILLLARY BENEFITS.

The Illinois Retired Teachers Association is a not-for-profit, non-partisan organization of retired educators. The Association serves the needs and interests of its members through advocacy, education, cooperation and socialization in a flexible organizational structure.

CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION

TO PROVIDE BENEFITS FOR MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY INCAPACITATED TEACHERS OF THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

To collect and invest contributions to fund lifetime retirement benefits to members who retire from Independent School District #625 as well as disability or survivor/beneficiary benefits as required.

TO REIMBURSE RETIRED CEDAR RAPIDS COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT TEACHERS FOR CERTAIN HEALTH/WELLNESS EXPENSES NOT COVERED/REIMBURSED BY INSURANCE.

THE SOLE SHAREHOLDER OF THIS CORPORATION IS THE TEACHERSRETIREMENT SYSTEM OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, WHICH IS A TAX-EXEMPTPENSION FUND THAT MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 401(A) OF THEINTERNAL REVENUE CODE AS AMENDED, WHICH TRUSTS ARE EXEMPT FROMTAXATION UNDER SECTION 501(A) OF THE CODE.
