TO PROVIDE RETIREE HEALTH BENEFITS TO THE EMPLOYER'S FORMER EMPLOYEES AND THEIR SPOUSES AND DEPENDENTS, ALTHOUGH OTHER BENEFITS MAY BE PROVIDED AS DESCRIBED IN THE PLAN DOCUMENT.

The Fund is a multi-employer welfare employee benefit plan established pursuantto the collective bargaining agreement between the New York Shipping Associationand the International Longshoremen's Association to provide Guaranteed Annual Income Benefits.The Fund also provides emergency supplemental unemployment benefits to longshore workers covered by the Master Contract who were out of work because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

TO FUND AND PAY VEBA BENEFITS FOR EMPLOYEES AND RETIREES OF MID-ATLANTIC FISHERY MANAGEMENT COUNCIL. THE VEBA BENEFITS MIGHT INCLUDE LIFE, SICK AND ACCIDENT, AND OTHER BENEFITS. THE TRUST IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED SOLELY FOR THESE VEBA PURPOSES.

TO PROMOTE THE HEAT AND FROST INSULATION INDUSTRY AND EXPAND OPPORTUNITIES FOR BOTH LABOR AND MANAGEMENT.

FUND HEALTH AND WELLNESS BENEFITS UNDER PAY ADMINISTRATIVE RELATED TO THE DIOCESE OF CHARLOTTE RETIRED CLERGY HEALTH PLAN

Hollow Metal Pension Fund falls under the Employee Funded Pension Trusts category: Organizations that maintain pension trusts funded by employees. This code is used primarily for organizations exempt from federal taxes under 501(c)(18) of the Internal Revenue Code.

To provide benefits to non-highly compensated employees (as defined under the Internal Revenue Code) of the Chicago, IL office of the sponsor of the Medical Benefit Plan, in the form of the contributions made towards the cost of premiums for health insurance that such employees would otherwise be required to bear.

TO PROVIDE PARTICIPANTS WITH REIMBURSEMENTS OF QUALIFIED HEALTH CARE EXPENSES THAT ARE EXCLUDABLE FROM THE PARTICIPANT'S GROSS INCOME.

TO PROVIDE GROUP INSURANCE BENEFITS FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF ITS PARTICIPATING MEMBERS.

TO PROVIDE GROUP HEALTH INSURANCE AND OTHER WELFARE BENEFITS TO THE EMPLOYEES OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA TRUCKING ASSOCIATION'S (SCTA) MEMBER EMPLOYERS.

TO PROVIDE HEALTH & WELFARE BENEFITS TO ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS AS SPECIFIED IN THE PLAN.
