"A very warm welcome from us all at Mountbatten Hampshire - Hampshire's oldest and largest hospice, proudly serving the community for more than 45 years. We provide 24/7 inpatient and community domiciliary and palliative end-of-life care services to people across Southampton City and large parts of Hampshire, including rehabilitation and enablement services, and psychological and bereavement support to patients and their families. Treating everyone with kindness, compassion, and providing a safe and caring environment is at the heart of everything we do to support those living with a life-limiting illness and their loved ones. We deliver expert care and support to people experiencing death, dying, and bereavement. We give patients and their families choices about the care they receive, providing the highest quality nursing, medical, and therapeutic care within our hospice and in people's homes, supporting our patients and their loved ones' physical, social, and psychological need.
