Northwest Community Health Care

The mission of the organization is to provide primary medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy and related support services to the residents of the Rhode Island communities that it serves regardless of ability to pay. The emphasis is to promote the highest health status for the individual and family as well as for the community.
