THE MISSION OF THE OPEN DOOR FOUNDATION IS TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY HEALTH THROUGH PHILANTHROPIC SUPPORT OF THE OPEN DOOR FAMILY MEDICAL CENTERS AND OTHER INITIATIVES DESIGNED TO ENHANCE THE HEALTH AND WELLNESS OF PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITIES OPEN DOOR SERVES. THE FOUNDATION ALSO PROVIDES SUPPORT TO OPEN DOOR'S FINANCIAL OPERATIONS AND INVESTMENTS.
