Who We Are

Career Gear is a not-for-profit social enterprise whose sole mission is to empower men to look and feel their best through image presentation. We provide services to agencies and institutions of higher learning and their clients and students to improve employment outcomes for men entering or re-entering the workforce.

Career Gear is focused on helping empower men of all ages, ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds without judgement; to find success regardless of the obstacles that have held them back in their past.
