St. Francis House rebuilds lives by providing refuge and pathways to stability for adults experiencing homelessness and poverty every day.
After suffering a horrific accident and taking prescription painkillers, Rose found herself in a downward spiral. When her addiction sent her to jail and her children to foster care, something had to change. Rose enrolled in MAP, a job + life skills training program at St. Francis House and has since reconciled with her children and completed coursework at UMass Boston.
