Milliana was born with spina bifida. Her mother, Virgin, is classified as low-income and raising two other kids on her own while trying to afford endless medical bills. Their home did not have an ADA compliant bathroom or even a ramp to get Millie inside. RTNJ gave Millie her independence by building a ramp and completely renovating her bathroom so she could do little things most take for granted.
