Nysa Ila Vacation & Holiday Fund

The Fund is a multi-employer welfare employee benefit plan established pursuant tothe collective bargaining agreement between New York Shipping Association and theInternational Longshoremen's Association to provide vacation and holiday benefits to eligible participants. The fund also provides training for ILA members.
