Arabia Shriners Holding Corporation

The Corporation exists solely as a non-profit corporation having no purpose other than that of acquiring and owning real property and a building thereon for the use of Arabia Shriners, Houston, Texas and its members. Arabia Shriners being a fraternal and charitable in nature, embodying the charitable principals of the Acient Arabic Order of the Nobles of the Mystic Shrine of North America.
