THE ENTITY WILL BE RENTING ITS BUILDING TO THE PUBLIC FOR SPECIAL EVENTS, SUCH AS WEDDINGS AND PRIVATE PARTIES. THE RENTING OF THE BUILDING WILL ASSIST IN OFFSETTING THE COST OF OWNERSHIP OF THE MARIETTA SHRINE CLUB BUILDING. THIS WILL BE THE PRIMARY ACTIVITY FOR THE HOLDING CORPORATION. ALL NET INCOME FROM THE RENTAL ACTIVITY WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TO THE MARIETTA SHRINE CLUB SO IT CAN BE USED FOR THE CLUB'S EXEMPT PURPOSES.
