PROVIDING SERVICES IN A MANNER WHICH RESPECTS THEIR RIGHTS, DIGNITY AND WORTH AS INDIVIDUALS TO ENSURE THAT QUALITY CARE IS GIVEN WITH TRUST AND COMPASSION AT ALL TIMES.
