THE FOUNDATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE PHILANTHROPIC SUPPORT TO THE ST. LOUIS AREA. THE SIGN OF THE ARROW NEEDLEPOINT AND GIFT SHOP STAFF IS GREATLY SUPPLEMENTED BY OVER 80 VOLUNTEERS SERVING IN ALL AREAS OF THE OPERATIONS.
