Open Door Capital Support

The corporation was formed as a tax-exempt supporting organization of the benefit of Open Door Community Health Centers, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, in order to participate in the refinancing of certain existing debt incurred by Open Door Community Health Centers and to provide working capital to Open Door Community Health Centers.
