Community Care of the Lower Cape Fear, Inc (CCLCF) serves as a health and social care hub, working in partnership with community organizations to improve health outcomes for Medicare, Medicaid, uninsured and privately insured individuals in southeastern North Carolina including New Hanover, Pender, Brunswick, Columbus, Onslow and Bladen counties.
