THE PURPOSE OF THIS CORPORATION SHALL BE TO PROVIDE A FUND FOR THE RELIEF OF THE SURVIVING SPOUSES, DOMESTIC PARTNERS AND DEPENDENTS OF DECEASED CLERGY OF THE EPISCOPAL CHURCH IN THE STATE OF MARYLAND AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.
