American Center for Physics Inc.

The purpose of the Corporation is exclusively to operate for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, and to carry out the purposes of the American Association of Physics Teachers, the American Institute of Physics Incorporated, the American Physical Society and other organizations, as may be determined from time to time, that are recognized as public charities and exempt from tax under section 501(c)(3) who are dedicated to the advancement of physics and related scientific disciplines.
