Learn, perform, and believe — three words which capture the spirit and purpose of AhHa!Broadway, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that enables opportunities for performing arts education and programming to under-resourced kids, veterans, seniors, and neurodivergent adults. A chance to learn, perform and believe transforms “impossible” into “I’m Possible”!
• (I liked) “The camaraderie of the group. They are all really nice people and AhHa!Broadway provided a safe space where I felt very comfortable to try new things.”
• “Thank you for everything over the last 5 weeks. I'll be back to AhHa for sure, especially if there are Zoom classes still available. One small silver lining of the times is the accessibility of classes / workshops / film festivals online.”
• “My daughter told me it was so good to do something that "felt normal" so I am really grateful that you offered these classes and look forward to seeing more of them. THANK YOU!!!”
• “I think the way you prioritize creating relationships is amazing and well thought out. It is such a valuable tool that often gets overlooked. I appreciated how well Lyla got along with her peers, as well as building a trusting relationship with you.”
• “I can't thank you enough for the amazing experience my daughter received within two weeks. The program brought joy to her heart, as well as ours.“
• "The class was awesome and I can't wait for another one!" – Darius, age 7
AN EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME!
Young performers spend 2 weeks working together as an ensemble to mount an exciting musical production. These young actors will rehearse and perform in a full-length production, led by highly experienced professional NYC actors/teaching artists and union musicians, to build their skills in a nurturing, non-competitive environment. Every performer will have their moment to shine!
