Free Store Corpus Christi
Our mission is to offer precious resources to people experiencing houselessness and/or extreme poverty, here in Corpus Christi, Texas.
We distribute aid, Sundays at 10am-12pm at South Bluff park in Uptown Corpus Christi.
We observed for a long time, but after we saw the lack of resources we decided to start a Free store. I had heard of them when living in Austin and was the reason for the name choice. I wanted to be something that folks in need could easily recognize as a source of help.
Volunteering + Events
Family Picnic
We are always looking for volunteers to come to our picnics on Sunday to help distribute resources to our friends in the park.
Sorting
Before we can begin to distribute resources we need to sort all of the donations we get. This requires people power and we could use your help!
