Molham Foundation is a Syrian initiative founded in 2012, one year after the outbreak
of the Syrian revolution. What began as a small volunteer-led response to the needs
of displaced and conflict-affected communities has grown into a legally
established humanitarian and development organization.
Over the past fourteen years, Molham has expanded its work across humanitarian
relief, healthcare, education, shelter, emergency response, and economic
empowerment. Today, the organization engages more than 450 volunteers and
approximately 150 staff members.
As Syria enters a new phase of recovery and reconstruction, Molham is
strengthening its efforts to support dignified return, community recovery, and
sustainable development. Guided by the principles of volunteerism, professionalism,
transparency, and accountability, the organization remains committed to delivering
impactful and sustainable solutions for communities across Syria.
This message written by the Executive Manager of Molham Volunteering Team
When I visited Molham House for cancer patients in Adana, Turkey. I felt a shiver run through me. Tired faces, teary eyes, and children who smile despite the pain. These people ask for just a little support, but that little means a lot to them. Imagine being a cancer patient, worried about your future and the future of your family, and unable to afford the most basic needs.
This is the harsh reality that many face at Molham House. Let’s be the reason for a single smile on the faces of these patients; let’s help ease their pain, even a little. Every donation from you, no matter how small, represents a glimmer of hope for them. Thank you for your generous support. Thanks to your donations we are able to help all those people and we want to continue help them.
In the picture is the child, Mu'tasim, who spent his treatment period at Molham House for cancer patients. He is very happy because he was able to stay close to the hospital treating him in a distant city without having to pay anything for himself or his companion.
The Medical Program at Molham Volunteering Team provides lifesaving healthcare to vulnerable communities affected by conflict and displacement across Syria and beyond. Through a network of medical points, specialized healthcare projects, and partnerships with hospitals and healthcare providers, we ensure access to essential medical services for those who need them most.
