Diabetes Research Connection (DRC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit advancing innovative Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) research by funding early-career scientists across the U.S. Through a rigorous peer-review process led by top experts in the field, DRC identifies and seed-funds high-potential, early-stage projects that might otherwise go unexplored. Our mission is to connect donors directly with promising research that advances prevention, treatment, and ultimately a cure for T1D. By empowering the next generation of researchers, we accelerate scientific discovery and provide hope to millions impacted by this chronic disease. DRC also prioritizes donor transparency, allowing supporters to see exactly how their contributions are driving progress.
