Nutrition Site Council provides outreach to homebound seniors, programs that provide low-cost meals, information and referral for at risks older adults and their families and access to social and educational programs. FUNDS ENTERTAINMENT DURING CONGREGATE LUNCH PROGRAM AND SUPPORTS A DAILY FOOD GIVE-AWAY PROGRAM.
