TO CREATE, ORGANIZE, ESTABLISH, OWN AND OPERATE A PERFORMING ARTS CENTER FOR CONTRACTING AND LEASING OF VARIOUS PERFORMERS; TO ENCOURAGE, FOSTER AND PROMOTE COMMUNITY INTEREST IN MUSIC, THEATRE, DANCE AND OTHER PERFORMING ARTS AND RELATED CULTURAL ART FORMS; TO ADVANCE THE INDIVIDUAL'S APPRECIATION OF CONTEMPORARY DANCE, THEATRE, MUSIC AND ART BY MEANS OF THE PRESENTATION OF THEATRICAL PERFORMANCES, RECITALS, EXHIBITIONS, CONCERTS AND OTHER EVENTS; TO CREATE, PROMOTE, PRESENT AND CIRCULATE VIDEOS, FILMS, ARTICLES, BOOKS, PAMPHLETS AND OTHER LITERATURE CONCERNING THE PERFORMING ARTS TO STIMULATE AND EXPAND THE PUBLIC'S ARTISTIC HORIZONS; TO ATTEMPT TO MAKE SUCH ARTISTIC AND CULTURAL ENRICHMENT GEOGRAPHICALLY AND FINANCIALLY ACCESSIBLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC; TO AID, ASSIST, COOPERATE, CO-SPONSOR AND OTHERWISE ENGAGE IN CONCERTED ACTION WITH PRIVATE AND GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES AND ORGANIZATIONS ON PROGRAMS TO ENRICH AND ADVANCE THE CULTURAL AND ARTISTIC KNOWLEDGE OF THE COMMUNITY.
