The mission of Martin's Point Generations Advantage, Inc. is to support the mission of its Parent, Martin's Point Health Care, Inc., which is to create a healthier community through authentic relationships built on trust.

TO PROVIDE PHYSICIAN SERVICES, PRACTICING MEDICINE AND SURGERY THROUGH DULY LICENSED PHYSICIANS AND SURGEONS IN A MANNER BENEFICIAL TO THE COMMUNITY AND IN FURTHERANCE OF THE CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES OF THOMAS JEFFERSON UNIVERSITY AND THOMAS JEFFERSON UNIVERSITY HOSPITALS, INC.

FINGER LAKES PERFORMING PROVIDER SYSTEM, INC. ("FLPPS") WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NYS DELIVERY SYSTEM REFORM INCENTIVE PAYMENT ("DSRIP") PROGRAM FROM 2015-2020 AND NOW CONTINUES TO REDESIGN THE HEALTHCARE DELIVERY SYSTEM IN THE 13-COUNTY REGION. ORIGINALLY CREATED UNDER THE NYS 1115 WAIVER, THE OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF FLPPS IS TO TRANSFORM THE HEALTHCARE DELIVERY SYSTEM AND IMPROVE HEALTH OUTCOMES.

WCA'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE LOW-COST ACUPUNCTURE IN A COMMUNITY SETTING TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE, USING A COOPERATIVE GRASSROOTS, AND FINANCIALLY SELF-SUSTAINING MODEL.

(A) Promoting the good health and welfare of the communities served by Oklahoma Hospital Association members through activities and programs focusing on quality improvement, cost control, risk management, accountability, utilization management, quality reporting, outcomes measurement, access to care, resource availability, enhanced efficiencies, reduction of waste and medical errors, and communication and coordination among participating healthcare providers in the provision of healthcare services, (B) sponsoring and providing educational programs relating to hospital management and administration, leadership and strategic planning principles, healthcare delivery, and issuers and topics of interest affecting the healthcare industry, (C) Generally working to improve the quality and delivery of healthcare services, including coordinated care and patient-centered care; and (D) researching the furtherance of any of the foregoing.

THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE FOR AND SUPPORT MEDICAL AND MENTAL HEALTHCARE SERVICES, AS WELL AS TO PROVIDE MEDICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH EDUCATION AND RESEARCH.

AUDIOLOGY WITH A HEART, INC IS A NON-PROFIT AGENCY WHOSE MISSION IT IS TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HEARING AIDS, OTHER ASSITIVE DEVICES AND AUDIOLOGY SERVICES TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

The Corporation was organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROMOTE RURAL HEALTH AND EDUCATION FOR MEMBERS OF THE RIM COUNTRY COMMUNITIES THROUGH PROGRAMS, ACTIVITIES, GRANTS, AND SCHOLARSHIPS.
