GREENHOPE SERVICES FOR WOMEN, INC. IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PUBLIC AND CHARITABLE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING INTENSIVE AND SHORT-TERM PROGRAM OF SERVICES TO WOMEN OFFENDERS BOTH THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN RELEASED FROM NEW YORK CITY AND STATE CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES AS WELL AS THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN DIVERTED TO THE PROGRAM BY THE COURTS IN ORDER TO EASE THEIR TRANSITION INTO SOCIETY.

THE NEST PROMOTES STABILITY, HEALING, AND WELL BEING TO CHILDREN AND FAMILIES THROUGH FOUR PROGRAMS: CHILD CARE, PARENTING, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, AND CRISIS CARE.

THE WOMEN AGAINST ABUSE LEGAL CENTER PROVIDES FREE ATTORNEY REPRESENTATION, ADVOCACY AND TELEPHONE COUNSELING TO VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SEEKING LEGAL PROTECTIONS IN PHILADELPHIA.

Provide emergency shelter for victims of violence.

THE MISSION OF THE NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR INCARCERATED AND FORMERLY INCARCERATED WOMEN AND GIRLS (NATIONAL COUNCIL) IS TO END INCARCERATION OF WOMEN AND GIRLS.

THE MISSION OF CROSSROADS FOR WOMEN IS TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE, INTEGRATED SERVICES TO EMPOWER WOMEN EMERGING FROM INCARCERATION TO ACHIEVE SAFE, HEALTHY, AND FULFILLING LIVES IN THE COMMUNITY, FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR CHILDREN.

THE CENTER FOR WOMEN IN TRANSITION PARTNERS WITH WOMEN IN THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM TO SUPPORT THEIR SUCCESSFUL TRANSITION TO FAMILY AND COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE REENTRY SERVICES AND ADVOCACY. ALL SERVICES ARE BASED ON PRINCIPLES OF (SEE SCHEDULE O)RESTORATIVE JUSTICE, AND ARE EVIDENCE INFORMED, GENDER RESPONSIVE, AND STRENGTHS BASED.

To provide a national forum to disseminate the highest level of training, information and strategies to professionals who are responders and advocates to victims of the many and varied forms of crimes against women including domestic violence, human trafficking, sexual assault and strangulation.

PROVIDE TEMPORARY SHELTER FOR THE ABUSED.

To support healthy relationships and end the trauma that children of incarcerated mothers face.

THE LEGAL PROJECT PROVIDES ACCESS TO THE PROTECTIONS OF THE LAW TO ADVANCE THE SAFETY, STABILITY AND INDEPENDENCE OF THE PEOPLE WE SERVE AND STRENGTHEN OUR COMMUNITIES. WE DO THIS BY ADVISING, ADVOCATING FOR AND REPRESENTING PEOPLE WHO HAVE TRADITIONALLY HAD DIFFICULTY OBTAINING CIVIL LEGAL ASSISTANCE.

TO INCREASE THE CAPACITY OF INDIGENOUS COMMUNITIES TO ADDRESS AND RESPOND TO VIOLENCE THROUGH EDUCATION, TRAINING, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, POLICY ADVOCACY, AND CULTURALLY SUPPORTIVE SERVICES.

To provide shelter, safety, and advocacy for individuals victimized by violence.

THE MISSION OF THE CALIFORNIA WOMEN'S LAW CENTER IS TO CREATE A MORE JUST AND EQUITABLE SOCIETY BY BREAKING DOWN BARRIERS AND ADVANCING THE POTENTIAL OF WOMEN AND GIRLS THROUGH TRANSFORMATIVE LITIGATION, POLICY ADVOCACY, AND EDUCATION.

THE WBF IS DEDICATED TO ENSURING ACCESS TO JUSTICE FOR LOW-INCOME WOMEN. THE WBF CREATES A COMMUNITY COMMITTED TO PROVIDING FREE LEGAL COUNSELING AND FULL LEGAL REPRESENTATION TO LOW-INCOME WOMEN AND THEIR FAMILIES.

COORDINATE PROGRAMS TO REDUCE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IN NATIVE AMERICAN COMMUNITIES

ORGANIZATION ESTABLISHED FOR THE PURPOSE OF MANAGING LOW INCOME, SAFE, AFFORDABLE AND PERMANENT HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME, HOMELESS PERSONS.

PARTNERS FOR WOMEN AND JUSTICE EMPOWERS LOW-INCOME VICTIMS AND SURVIVORS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE TO BUILD SAFE AND SECURE FUTURES FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR CHILDREN BY PROVIDING EQUAL ACCESS TO JUSTICE. THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS QUALITY LEGAL ASSISTANCE IN DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND FAMILY LAW MATTERS.

The Abused Women's Fund assists women who are or have been abused, battered, underestimated, unloved, shunned, afraid, and crying out.

TO RAISE FUNDS TO BENEFIT AND SUPPORT THE BATTERED WOMEN AND CHILDRENS SHELTER OF SAN ANTONIO

THROUGH UNITY WE WILL STRENGTHEN OUR VOICES AND BUILD RESOURCES TO CREATE AWARENESS AND ELIMINATE SEXUAL VIOLENCE AGAINST INDIAN WOMEN AND CHILDREN. WE WILL VIGOROUSLY APPLY OUR EFFORTS TOWARD INFLUENCING SOCIAL CHANGE AND RECLAIM OUR TRADITIONAL VALUES THAT HONOR THE SOVEREIGNTY OF INDIAN WOMEN AND CHILDREN.

NO COST LEGAL SERVICES PROVIDED TO VULNERABLE YOUNG PEOPLE AND TRAFFICKING SURVIVORS TO HELP ELIMINATE BARRIERS TO SAFETY, STABILITY, AND OPPORTUNITY. SPECIALIZING IN IMMIGRATION LAW, FAMILY LAW, AND CRIMINAL HISTORY REPAIR. LARGELY HELPING SURVIVORS OF SEXUAL AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, TRAFFICKING, AND OTHER CRIMES, AS WELL AS FOSTER YOUTH.

Turning Point for Women and Families is a community based, non-profit organization addressing the needs of Muslim women and children through crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, advocacy, outreach, education and training.

To rebuild individuals and families for a healthy community by addressing social and economic barriers to reduce recidivism. MWP is dedicated to rebuilding safe, healthy, and whole communities in a collaborate effort of public and private resources. The organization's comprehensive program focuses on the multiple factors that are related to social and economic problems for high-risk behavior, recidivism, chronic jobless and homeless.

WOSMOH IS A NON PROFIT COMMUNITY SERVICE ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO PROVIDING SUPPORT TO YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN THAT MAY HAVE BEEN INCARCERATED AND/OR ARE IN THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM.

We Are Phenomenal Women falls under the Spouse Abuse Prevention category: Organizations that deal specifically with the prevention of domestic violence through educational interventions which may focus on batterers, people at risk for domestic violence, people who work with battered women and/or the community at large.

The organization provides education, training, and technical assistance to improve legal representation of domestic violence survivors in interstate custody cases. Among other activities, the organization trains attorneys, victim advocates, court personnel, and others on relevant laws, provides telephonic assistance in individual cases, connects survivors with resources, develops tools for practitioners, and maintains a website, www.lrcvaw.org.

TO PROVIDE SAFETY AND EMPOWERMENT TO VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND SEXUAL ASSAULT AND TO WORK TO ELIMINATE SEXUAL VICTIMIZATION AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE THROUGH SHELTER, TREATMENT, EDUCATION AND SOCIAL CHANGE.

Founded in 1993, the mission of Women Against Gun Violence is to prevent gun violence by educating individuals and policy makers about the human, public health and financial consequences of this epidemic and by mobilizing communities to act against the dangers of firearms.

THE ORGANIZATIONS PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO BE AN UNDERGROUND RAILROAD FOR VICTIMS OF DOMESTICVIOLENCE AND WE SEEK TO END THE CYCLE OF VIOLENCE AGAISNT WOMEN. WE ACCOMPLISH THIS THROUGHEDUCATION AND ADVOCACY SERVICES PROVIDED TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES.

The mission of the Foundation is to provide grants to non-profit organizations that serve the legal and related needs of women and girls in the DC metropolitan area.

New Life Program for Ex-Offender Women Inc. falls under the Half-Way Houses category: Community-based residential facilities which allow adult and juvenile offenders with satisfactory behavior to transition back to the community during the last months of their sentences or which provide congregate living arrangements and supportive services for ex-offenders to help them successfully reenter the community and become self-sufficient. These facilities are known as work release centers, prerelease centers, rehabilitation centers and group homes for juvenile offenders or status offenders.
