The mission of the Corporation is to promote the common good and general welfare of citizens of the United States by advocating in favor of reforms to the criminal justice system that will maximize the effective and fair use of limited public resources in the criminal justice system and to promote a system grounded in fairness, due process, justice and the rule of law.

ORGANIZATION'S MISSION- THE HUMAN TRAFFICKING INSTITUTE ("THE INSTITUTE") EXISTS TO DECIMATE MODERN SLAVERY AT ITS SOURCE BY EMPOWERING POLICE AND PROSECUTORS TO STOP TRAFFICKERS. IN PARTNERSHIP WITH GOVERNMENTS COMMITTED TO COMBATTING TRAFFICKING, THE INSTITUTE WORKS INSIDE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEMS TO PROVIDE THE WORLD-CLASS TRAINING, EXPERIENCED MENTORS, INVESTIGATIVE RESOURCES AND EVIDENCE-BASED RESEARCH NECESSARY TO FREE VICTIMS. THE INSTITUTE COLLABORATES WITH LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT LEADERS IN PARTNER COUNTRIES TO PRODUCE SELF-SUSTAINING HUMAN TRAFFICKING ENFORCEMENT UNITS THAT MEASURABLEY REDUCE THE PREVALENCE OF TRAFFICKING.

TO PURSUE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES BY EDUCATING THE PUBLIC ABOUT AND FACILITATING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF SOUND DRUG POLICY, AND PROVIDING FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO ORGANIZATIONS WITH SIMILAR CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES.

Researching, informing, and educating the general public about human rights and criminal justice, and helping to prevent genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and serious human rights violations.

THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO COLLECT AND ANALYZE CRIMINAL AND JUVENILE JUSTICE INFORMATION AND PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO AGENCIES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES.
