To promote, regulate and control all recognized intercollegiate athletics sponsored by the member institutions through the maintenance of high standards of honor and fair play

ORGANIZE AND OPERATE LEAGUES FOR YOUTH ATHLETICS AND TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR SUCH ACTIVITIES AND PROMOTE SPORT ACTIVITIES IN THE COMMUNITY. CURRENT SPORTS INCLUDE FOOTBALL, CHEERLEADING, BASKETBALL, AND SOCCER.

USA HOCKEY, INC. PROVIDES THE FOUNDATION FOR THE SPORT OF ICE HOCKEY IN AMERICA; HELPS YOUNG PEOPLE BECOME LEADERS, EVEN OLYMPIC HEROES; AND CONNECTS THE GAME AT EVERY LEVEL WHILE PROMOTING A LIFELONG LOVE OF THE SPORT. USA HOCKEY'S PRIMARY EMPHASIS IS ON GRASSROOTS HOCKEY. ALSO, THERE ARE JUNIOR AND ADULT HOCKEY PROGRAMS.

PROMOTION OF HOCKEY AS A SPORT

ACQUISITION OF LANDS AND GROUNDS FOR INDOOR AND OUTDOOR SPORTS AND RECREATION. EDUCATION ON THE APPRECIATION OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND WILD LIFE. ENCOURAGEMENT OF RESPECT FOR ENFORCEMENT OF GAME AND FISH LAWS. ORGANIZATION AND PROMOTION OF RIFLE TEAMS, TRAP SHOOTING CLUBS AND SIMILAR SPORTS. ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL, AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES AND FOR MAKING DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT UNDER IRC SECTION 501(C)3.

BOXING REGULATIONS & RATINGS

The Club provides over 230 youths the opportunity to participate and improve their hockey skills and to compete in sanctioned games. Players also learn to improve their life skills as they participate in team play. They also learn sportsmanship as they are coached to accept victory and defeat graciously. The players are provided the opportunity to continue their pursuit of participation in amateur hockey to the Olympic level.

THE PEORIA DIAMOND CLUB IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION WHOSE VOLUNTEERS PARTICIPATE IN THE DAILY OPERATION OF SEATTLE MARINERS AND SAN DIEGO PADRES SPRING TRAINING AT PEORIA SPORTS COMPLEX OWNED BY THE CITY OF PEORIA, AZ. PROCEEDS FROM THE PEORIA DIAMOND CLUB (SEE SCHEDULE O) CHARITY GAME, ALONG WITH REVENUES GENERATED THROUGHOUT SPRING TRAINING, ARE DONATED TO LOCAL COMMUNITY YOUTH PROGRAMS THROUGH THE PDC'S HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL GRANT PROGRAM.

TO PROMOTE GOOD HEALTH AND SPORTSMANSHIP THROUGH TEACHING BASEBALL

TO ENSURE HONESTY AND INTEGRITY IN PROFESSIONAL BOXING AND TO ENSURE THE SAFETY AND WELFARE OF BOXERS

PROMOTE AND ORGANIZE ULTIMATE FRISBEE IN THE PITTSBURGH AREA

To be an advocate for constantly improving the terms and conditions of employment for professional soccer referees.

To recruit and train basketball officials and to provide officiating services to various basketball organizations.

PROVIDE FOOTBALL OFFICIALS TO LOCAL SCHOOLS AND PARK DEPARTMENTS.

PROMOTE THE ENJOYMENT AND INVOLVEMENT IN THE GAME OF GOLF WITHIN THE CAROLINAS AND TO CONTRIBUTE TO ITS GROWTH BY PROVIDING SERVICES TO GOLF PROFESSIONALS AND THE GOLF INDUSTRY WITHIN THE CAROLINAS.

TO INFLUENCE PEOPLE FOR JESUS CHRIST. THIS IS CARRIED OUT BY CONDUCTING SUMMER CAMPS, NATIONAL SPORTS TOURNAMENTS FOR CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS, RETREATS FOR CHURCHES AND GROUPS WHERE THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST IS PRESENTED IN A HEALTHY, RELAXED CAMP ATMOSPHERE CONDUCIVE TO SPIRITUAL GROWTH.

ATTRACT SPORTING EVENTS TO THE HUNTSVILLE AREA RESULTING IN A POSITIVE IMPACT IN THE COMMUNITY AND ENCOURAGE PARTICIPATION IN SPORTS.

TO CHANGE THE NARRATIVE OF YOUTH OF COLOR THROUGH CULTURALLY RESPONSIVE RELATIONSHIPS.

THE NATIONAL RIFLE LEAGUE IS A NON FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO THE GROWTH AND EDUCATION OF LONG RANGE PRECISION SHOOTING.

TO PROVIDE A COMPETITIVE ICE HOCKEY TEAM AT UNLV, TO COMPETE AGAINST OTHER COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY CLUB TEAMS, AND TO PROMOTE SCHOOL PRIDE AND SPIRIT.

THE MISSION OF THE SHERIDAN HAWKS AND THE NORTH AMERICAN 3 HOCKEY LEAGUE IS TO PROVIDE A COMPETITIVE ATMOSPHERE FOR PLAYERS TO LEARN, DEVELOP, AND GROW THEIR SKILLS AND TALENTS. THE HAWKS COACHING STAFF AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS ARE COMMITTED TO ASSISTING PLAYERS IN PROGRESSING THEIR CAREERS AND DEVELOPING AS YOUNG MEN.

Promote the sport of ice figure skating. The club was organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. Among its purposes are to encourage the instruction, practice, and advancement of the various disciplines of figure skating, to encourage good sportsmanship, cultivate a spirit of fraternal feeling among its members, and to carry out the general policies of U.S. Figure Skating.
