We aim to reduce youth violence by connecting proven-risk young people with new networks and opportunities, including meaningful career tracks in and beyond personal training. We use the gym to replace segregation, isolation, and systemic racism with economic mobility and social inclusion, disrupting the cycle that leads to urban street violence here in Boston.

Doc Wayne was founded in 2002 by Susan Wayne, the former President of Justice Resource Institute, in memory of her brother Eli (Doc), and his belief in using sport as a medium for positive youth development. In 2010, Doc Wayne became an independent non-profit organization. Our mission is to fuse sport and therapy to heal and strengthen at-risk youth. Over time, as individuals and in teams, they learn to heal together, grow together, and win together.

The Fond du Lac Soccer Association (FDLSA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit youth organization [39-1369383] governed by an elected Board of Directors who serve in a volunteer capacity. The FDLSA offers soccer opportunities for both the youth of our community as well as adults, creating an environment where the whole family can become involved. The Fond du Lac Soccer Association annually has youth soccer programs including Little Kickers, Rec League, Academy League, and Select (Travel) Leagues for over 1,500 boys and girls ages 4 to 18 with approximately 120 recreation and 15 select/travel club teams and a 200+ adult league players.

Since our founding in 1984, the Lincoln Park Conservancy has engaged in historic conservation, ecological restoration, and park programming. We were the first public-private partnership in the Chicago Park District and the first park conservancy in the City of Chicago. As a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, we operate under a formal agreement with the Chicago Park District to preserve, protect and enhance Lincoln Park.

Camp Hobé is a special psychosocial support program for kids being treated for cancer (and similarly-treated disorders) and their families, through summer camps and family outings. Our mission is to create an atmosphere that enhances self-esteem, foster independence and friendships, and offers a sense of belonging. Participants are given the freedom to “just be kids” for a time and to stretch their limits physically, mentally, and socially.

The Fond du Lac County Fair will celebrate its 174th fair in 2026. The first fair, held in Rosendale, Wisconsin, began with an address at half past one on the first day, September 29, 1852. The event was held for two days. Dairy cattle, fine, wool, tools and manufactured items were exhibited at the first fair. Household arts and garden vegetables were on display to be judged. The best stallion received a $4 premium. Working oxen and steers were awarded $3 for being the best in the class. The best sample of butter, not less than 50 lbs., was awarded $5. The best sample sugar, also not less than 50 lbs., was given a $4 premium. The theme for the fair "Education, Entertainment and Affordable Family Fun" is the creative genius of Mr. Williard Henken, who retired from the Fond du Lac County Agricultural Society in November of 2001.

Founded in 2019, Beat the Streets Bay Area is committed to improving the lives of girls and boys through exposure to the sport of wrestling. At Girls on the Run of Greater Richmond (GOTR) we envision a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams.

We bring together and uplift the running community from young girls to professional athletes. We are a nonprofit organization that employs professional female runners to serve as mentors to girls in underserved NYC communities while continuing to train and race professionally. Our runners are supported by a dedicated coaching and support staff.
