PYN ACCOMPLISHES ITS MISSION THROUGH FOUR IMPACT AREAS SERVING YOUTH AGES 12-24 ALONG THE CAREER READINESS CONTINUUM: 1) OUT OF SCHOOL TIME PROGRAMS FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL YOUTH; 2) WORK-BASED LEARNING PROGRAMS THAT CONNECT HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH TO INTERNSHIPS AND OTHER WORK-BASED LEARNING EXPERIENCES; 3) CAREER PLACEMENT PROGRAMS THAT PROVIDE HOLISTIC PRE-EMPLOYMENT TRAINING, CAREER COACHING, AND CREDENTIALING OPPORTUNITIES TO SECURE FULL-TIME, BENEFIT-BEARING JOBS ALONG A CAREER PATH; AND

EMPOWERING SOUTH CAROLINA COMMUNITIES AND CHILDREN'S ADVOCACY CENTERS TO DELIVER A BEST PRACTICE RESPONSE TO CHILD ABUSE

HOLDS TITLE TO THE LUTZ CENTER IN SUPPORT OF AFTER SCHOOL MATTERS' (ASM) MISSION OF PROVIDING CHICAGO PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL TEENS OPPORTUNITIES TO EXPLORE AND DEVELOP THEIR TALENTS, WHILE GAINING CRITICAL SKILLS FOR WORK, COLLEGE AND BEYOND. THE LUTZ FAMILY CENTER IS A KEY COMPONENT OF ASM'S MISSION. ASM QALICB, INC. LEASES THE LUTZ CENTER TO ASM WHICH OPERATES THE PROPERTY.

TO ENSURE THAT ALL KALAMAZOO COUNTY YOUTH HAVE ACCESS TO HIGH QUALITY, YOU-DRIVE, DIVERSE, INCLUSIVE, AND EQUITABLE OUT-OF-SCHOOL TIME PROGRAMS THAT WILL PREPARE THEM TO BE COLLEGE OR CAREER READY BY EARLY ADULTHOOD.

TO PROVIDE OCCUPANCY SERVICES FOR RELATED EXEMPT ORGANIZATION WHICH HOUSES EMERGENCY SHELTER AND GROUP HOME FOR CHILDREN PLACED OUTSIDE THEIR HOME BY ALASKA DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES.
