TO POSITIVELY IMPACT YOUNG WOMEN BY ENCOURAGING, PROMOTING, AND REWARDING LEADERSHIP, SCHOLASTIC ACHIEVEMENT, AND TALENT; AND TO RECEIVE AND MAINTAIN A FUND OR FUNDS OR REAL OR PERSONAL PROPERTY, OR BOTH, TO USE SAME EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, SCIENTIFIC, LITERARY, OR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, EITHER DIRECTLY OR BY CONTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.

TO SUPPORT CHARITABLE PROJECTS IN THE GREATER LOS ANGELES AREA, THAT TARGET UNMET NEEDS TO IMPROVE THE PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS AND TO CARRY ON OTHER CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS GOAL AS PERMITTED BY LAW.

Ory Women Inc. Older Women Reaching Back for the Younger Women falls under the Youth Development Programs category: Programs that provide opportunities for children and youth to participate in recreational, cultural, social and civic activities through membership in clubs and other youth groups with a special focus whose purpose is to help youngsters develop their potential and grow into healthy, educated, responsible and productive adults.

THE MISSION OF WOMEN OF THE DREAM IS TO EMPOWER, CULTIVATE AND INSPIRE YOUNG WOMEN IN THE CITY OF CAMDEN, NEW JERSEY, AND BEYOND TO SUCCEED IN EVERY ASPECT OF THEIR LIVES. THIS MISSION IS CARRIED OUT THROUGH THREE CORE PROGRAM SERVICES: LIFE SKILLS, COLLEGE PREP, CAREER AND WORKFORCE READINESS, AND TRAUMA-INFORMED GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING. THESE SERVICES OCCUR WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF A SCHOOL-BASED MODEL IN THAT PROGRAM SERVICES ARE OFFERED ONSITE AT OUR SIX PARTNER SCHOOLS DURING THE COURSE OF THE SCHOOL DAY.

YOUNG WOMEN LEAD PROVIDES HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS WITH A MEANINGFUL EXPERIENCE DESIGNED TO HELP THEM DISCOVER THEIR INNATE QUALITIES AND STRENGTHS AND TO CHALLENGE THEM TO REACH HIGHER LEVELS OF PERSONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT.
