"Dit project wordt uitgevoerd door een samenwerking van Brusselse LGBTQI verenigingen waarvan een kern al voor een groot aantal jaren heeft samengewerkt rond projecten voor de bevordering van zorg en rond socio-culturele projecten. Deze verenigingen zijn: Ex Æquo, Genres Pluriels, Tels Quels en ook de RainbowHouse die de federatie is van LGBTQI organisaties in het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest. In onze gebouwen bevindt zich ook Coalition PLUS, een netwerk van community associations in de bestrijding van HIV die in 52 landen aanwezig is. Die zal de lokalen van Ex Æquo blijven delen in deze nieuwe gebouw. Dit project is een tijdelijke bezitting die gevolgd wordt door een projectoproep onder leiding van de Grondregie Stad Brussel. De Grondregie is de eigenaar van het gebouw die vol geschiedenis is en zich in de Sint-Jacobswijk bevindt. " https://www.grandscarmes.org/nl/about
